Loved my stay here! I came down to QT for my bridal hair and makeup trial. So just me for the weekend. And I felt so cared for and relaxed at the hotel. The staff were so helpful about the after hours check in process. Made it super easy and sent me all the info I would need beforehand. There was a bottle of wine, fresh cookies, snacks and other refreshments free with the room, so nice after a long journey down. The hotel is right next to the park and 2 min walk from the centre of town and lakefront. Far enough away that is a peaceful and quiet place to rest but easy to get into the QT spirit. The decor is amazing and such a fun vibe to be in. Love that there was Netflix so I could chill and eat the provided popcorn in the evenings. The bath is lush and it comes with free bath salts so you can really unwind with a glass of vino in the bath. Even the towels are heated 24/7 on racks so it’s lovely to even step out the bath or shower. Great space to store all your stuff and a lovely seating area to relax outside of bed.

I think I found MY Queenstown hotel. After a long day out it was the little comforts that made my stay remarkable. The huge soaking tub, the heated bathroom floors, the heated towel rails. The complimentary mini bar and snacks/lollies at the snack bar downstairs at their lounge if you run out. The relatively fast internet (85-90Mbps! Another place we stayed in a few days prior gave us speeds of 6Mpbs, come on!) we were able to do stable remote work and remote video calls. It is centrally located, just cross coronation road on the corner of the hotel and you are in Hotops rise, go down the path and you are in the packed town centre. They have a complimentary happy hour and a sauna which we did not have enough time to try. I felt I had a personalised experience from reception through to my stay and until checkout. Brilliant. This hotel is in my saved list for Queenstown.

The vibe and style of the hotel was amazing! It was a small boutique Art deco style … I can’t even explain it!! On arrival, the staff were friendly and welcoming. They had complimentary happy hour, which included free wine and cheese boards. We had an insignificant issue with the shower, however we raised this with the staff just so it didn’t look like we broke the shower. The staff went above and beyond to ensure this did not impact our stay, even offered us a seperate room. We declined of course because it was such a minor issue and the shower was still operable. As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience , they offered us complimentary breakfast for our stay. I will definitely be back!! If I could offer 10 star review, i would!

Fantastic property in a hidden-away corner of the Queenstown CBD. Immediately adjacent to the Queenstown Gardens (green, lush, quiet, inviting) and only 5 minutes' walk from everything the CBD has to offer: cafes, shopping, nightlife, galleries, Lake Whakatipu waterfront, gorgeous long shoreside walks, buses, scenery and the best QT has to offer. Staff is delightful, and their care and attention make the stay here extra-special. Be sure to partake of happy hour: complimentary wine/beer/beverages and snacks, included in the price of your room.

There are so many positives in regards to this hotel. The location was great. A five minute walk down the hill and you are in the centre of Queenstown and all it has to offer. The room was spacious, warm and inviting. Add to that the little extras on offer- NZ lollies and Happy Hour from 5-6 every night and it made for a really enjoyable stay. Of course the staff are always the icing on the cake in any hotel review and they were all wonderful. Friendly, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
